RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery only if:
• The product is defective
• The product received is incorrect


Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and bill intact.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased during sales or special offers
• Used, washed, or altered items

Replacement Policy

Replacements are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products and must be requested within 2 days of delivery. If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative.



Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.



Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and shipped within 5-7 working days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.


Shipping Charges
• Free standard shipping within India
• ₹60 charge applicable on Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders


Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.



Address Responsibility

Customers must ensure correct and complete shipping details. Thesareegahr is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery as per our Return policy .
